A one-of-a-kind vintage Afghan Baluch wool rug distinguished by its dramatic vertical stripe composition and rich tribal palette. Alternating bands of deep cobalt, navy, brick red and burnt orange are decorated with repeating hooked geometric motifs and separated by delicate ivory accents.

Handmade in a compact 26 × 36-inch format, the rug has a low, naturally aged wool pile, narrow patterned borders and short ivory fringe at both ends. Subtle fading, surface wear and irregularities reflect its handmade construction and vintage history.
