Shipping & Return Policy
At Miami Rugs, we want every client to feel confident when purchasing a rug, whether it is delivered locally in South Florida or shipped across the world. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing an order.

Shipping Policy
Miami Rugs ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout based on the rug size, destination, and shipping method.
Most standard rug orders have a 3–5 business day handling period before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
For custom rugs and shape rugs, please allow approximately 30 days for production before the item is ready to ship or deliver. Production times may vary depending on the size, design, and complexity of the order.

Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery in the Miami area and surrounding South Florida communities.
Local in-home rug try-ons may also be available before purchase by request. This allows you to view selected rugs in your space before making a final decision. To arrange a local try-on or delivery, please contact us directly.

International Shipping & Restrictions
Miami Rugs ships internationally; however, some rugs may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the rug’s origin, material, destination country, or applicable trade regulations.
In certain situations, restrictions or embargoes may prevent us from shipping Persian rugs or other origin-specific rugs to particular locations. If your order is affected by a shipping restriction, we will contact you directly.

Returns
Miami Rugs accepts returns for store credit only within one week of delivery.
To qualify for return credit, the rug must be received back in its original condition. Returned rugs must be unused, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, wear, or any alterations.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued after the rug has been received and inspected.

The following items and purchases are final sale:

Rugs approved in person after local delivery or in-home try-on

Cleaning, repair, restoration, resizing, alteration, padding, or other rug services
Services are non-refundable once performed or scheduled.

In-Person Approval Policy
For local deliveries or in-home try-ons, all orders are considered final once the rug has been approved in person. We encourage customers to carefully review the rug in their space before confirming the purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can review the issue.
