Vintage Afghan Baluch Four-Medallion Wool Runner – 2’1⅝” × 8’4¾”

A one-of-a-kind vintage Afghan Baluch runner, hand-knotted from 100% wool in a time-softened palette of brick red, muted indigo, burgundy, brown and tan.

Four geometric diamond medallions extend through the center, surrounded by angular tribal motifs and framed by multiple patterned borders. Alternating red-and-blue blocks add definition to the central field, while striped flatwoven panels complete both ends.

Its narrow 2’1⅝” × 8’4¾” dimensions make this runner an excellent choice for a hallway, entryway, kitchen or other slender interior. Low pile, softened colors and subtle handmade irregularities contribute to its authentic vintage character.
